Something happened at the old Drive-In out in Camden last night.

Something strange.

An old Chevy was seen in the area nearing midnight...... one guy.... one girl.... their dog in the back seat. They hung out for awhile.

Then.... the noises began. Beastial. Wild. It sounded like animals going mad. Screaming, bellowing..... howling. Whatever it was.... that Chevy lit outta there like it was on fire.

I don't blame them.

I wouldn't have stuck around either.

This morning though? Didn't seem like nuthin' was out of the ordinary. I took a walk through, just to see? Found some pawprints from their big-ass mutt, gravel tossed about as if they were playing with it. Who doesn't play with their dog, right? Prints lead straight back to where the car must've been parked. Must've dropped everything and ran once those noises began.

There was think big oily black splotch, though, several other splatters all around. Like the oilpan of a car just dropped right out. Must've been old..... it stank like rotting garbage.... I wasn't about to touch it. Feel sorry for the car that came out of....

Dunno though..... Drive-In's been abandoned for so long, may have just been some hooligans messin' shit up.

I ain't goin near that place at night for awhile.... no sir..... those noises were weird, man. Spooky.

[any investigation of the scene would yeild nothing other than the oily spots, which will soak into the ground and disappear within 36 hours, there is no evidence of desiree - no backpack, no bones - and the car was cleanly disposed of]
