The joy of referrals.
For a lack of anything better to do with my time while thebigguy and ~ds played around in the other window, I dove into referrals for an expendature of nervous, upset, and otherwise unused clicking talent and energy. I don't have gaggles of googles (in fact, I don't even have a google, period *sniff*) I tend to get a lot of traffic through blogsnob.
I also found, that I'm on someone's "I visit often" regular list. Now, I remember on OD that you could have favorites or join the circles, but to actually see your name (or the name of your blog) in a semi-permanent state on someone else's page is just a whole new matter altogether.
It makes one warm up inside. Especially after the day we had whatwith the theivery going on and all.
~ds, I know we would be listed on your page if we let you, but you also know the circumstances why we do not. So we will always know that you would have been the first to have listed us in any shape or form (yes, you are and always will be our beeeeegest fan)
I found something else interesting, too:
hi...i'm glad you weren't put out that i had placed a link back to you site on my site. i tend to place first, then ask, and sometimes, i must admit, i don't do the last part.
i think you're a good writer - i find myself lost in your writing sometimes.
k
It feels good to know that someone we respect values us. :o) I'm glad to see you've been continuing to write.
