Written by the shyboi last night
'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the 'Drift
Not a creature was stirring, not a ghost in their crypt
The city slumbered with such festive care
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there
The children were nestled all snug in their beds
Safe from the Childer who hunted their heads
I in my best dressed evening attire
With my love settled down, candles afire
When deep in my hear arose such a clatter
My mind reeled to find what was the matter
My vision was gone, it flew like a flash
Tore open my conscience and thre 'way the past
The moon my guidance o'er new-fallen snow
Nevermore plagued by objects of woe
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear
A smouldering gaze that holds me so dear
With little denial, acceptance so quick
I knew in the moment when my neck was pricked
Flying higher than eagles your moans when they came
I climaxed, and shouted, and called out a name
"My LOVE! My SAVIOR! My FREEDOM and PRISON!
Oh FAITHLESS! and FALLEN! Through mine eyes tears glisten
Let loose all these demons! To each bound'ry and wall!
Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!
As dry leaves before the wild storms doth fly
When souls meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky
So up to the limits of mortality we flew
With the night full of joys, passion'd promises too
And then, in a twinkling, felt again each sharp tooth
My climaxing screams rose starts past the roof
As I drew my last breath, as I made my last sound
From this earth I plummeted down
I was dressed in your passion, from my head to my foot
My soul now tarnished as if covered with soot
I knew before now there was no going back
You who had mended my soul as it cracked
Your eyes - how they burned! death kiss'd so merry!
Your words were like roses, your blood like wined cherry
Sensous mouth drawn up like a bow
The color my skin as white as the snow
The end of my life held tight in your teeth
Candle smoke circling our heads like a wreath
Something deep burned in the pit of my belly
I shook, my knees quaking like jelly
You held me tight, right next to your self
Yet I feared my becoming, in spite of myself
A wink of your eye, a twist of your head
Soon gave me know I had nothing to dread
You spoke loving words, throughout your night's work
You filled me once more, life restarted with a jerk
Your "breath" now all needed by nose
With a gentle nod, from my side you rose
Your hand taken mine, I stood, appraised by your whistle
My worries flew 'way like the down of a thistle
I heard you murmur, in my newfound life's sight
"Awaken, my Love, my Child.... good night"
